Dolores Umbridge makes all the mean teachers I had look like amateurs and wannabes, even if she is fictitious. She's still an imposing presence, even though I finished the Harry Potter books. I thought the movie version of Umbridge made her look too tall and not plump enough. The book seemed to hit the head on the nail with the pics of Umbridge on certain chapter stops. But enough of that; your work on her is pretty good. I too thought she was creepy and crazy, but Imelda Staunton (her actress) did a fine job of portraying her. She had a brief cameo in Half-Blood Prince (Book 6) and even made a surprising return in Deathly Hallows working for her Ministry (Book 7). I was pleased to see her get her comeuppance in Book 5, being attacked by the centaurs and carried away kicking and screaming. Of course, I'm not sure she learned her lesson, considering Book 7, but that's another story.
